  • For Transcom Manila... They hire/promote not so knowledgeable EPS... some... I can name some =) how pathetic. I wonder what they saw in those people.

    Also some of their account coordinators in Manila... not so knowledgeable on the campaigns they handle. AND THEY ARE PAID MORE YET LESS OCCUPIED (meaning 1/2of their shift was used for Smoking and Breaks and Sleeping). WELL, why don't the management do a Survey and ask the people around... Are you afraid to see the clear picture... or the management doesn't mind at all. They will have an opening for a certain position, and later everybody will realize that they will just hand-pick some-one else.

    There's also an issue that one employee was given 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND) PESOS INCREASE when the maximum he could normally get is 1,200 (one thousand two hundred pesos). YOU Wanted to know??? This guy has an average of 90% occupancy rate for BREAK and just surfing the net while on shift. Why don't you ask around, afraid to know the reality? THAT's how TRANSCOM Manila Management define Fairness and Equality.

    Well for me... when I did received an offer from other company... The very next day I submitted my resignation. Better position, better compensation and benefits on my new company.

    This is something worth sharing from me... Something that me and many other employees noticed but the Managament refused to see. Or maybe they know... but they don't mind at all. THAT'S HOW TRANSCOM MANILA SHOW VALUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. LONG LIVE TO THEIR VISION OF FAIRNESS AND EQUALITY!!!
